Anyone worked with ThreeFlow before ? It’s a startup versus my current place which is a well established Fortune 100 company. Any tips if thinking too make the switch?

I think it's worth it to consider that there is more job stability with an established Fortune 100 company. People often get laid off at start ups. This may not be the case with ThreeFlow as I've heard great reviews about them, but it is just something to consider before making the switch.

smart

Overall, it's a great company to work for. Especially like the fact that it's 100% remote. Only complaint would be around benefits, which is common with startups.

Haven't worked with ThreeFlow, but it's likely you'll run into all the hurdles that startups have...weaker benefits, lack of structure, longer hours. Just a few bumps n the road that can be overcome.

What's you reason for wanting to make the switch? I haven't heard of ThreeFlow but I know in general start ups experience growing pains and their are usually complaints about the leadership as they iron out everything.

I hear really good things about them. They have a reputation for providing wlb and having good culture. I think they offer great benefits as well.

Does anyone else feel LinkedIn is becoming too much like Facebook? I see a lot useless crap (i.e. "just got married") and other completely inappropriate stuff. Tons of posts on "social issues". And before I get accused of hate speech here, let me just say I totally get it. There's nothing wrong with standing for a legitimate cause, but some postings are far from professional. Ex: Ok so you're gay - but no one really cares, just do your job. I don't care who you love or what's under your skirt.

I am at EY now, staff. Drawing around 10lpa. YOE is close to 5 and half.
Got an offer with IBM at 17lpa fixed. 31st July last working day.
Counsellor promised me Promotion with 2nd rating.
If I leave I miss the bonus.
I am wondering, if EYs promotion will counter the ibm offer or should I quit. Resignation has not been accepted yet.
Please suggest.

How much raise should one expect when promoted from SE-II to SE-III in Walmart? And how much time it takes to reach the promotion?

I want to get an idea of how well or unwell I am doing and if I can do better.

I am a pricing associate at BlackRock with salary of 103k. Is that good? Is pricing/valuations like something to be proud of or is there anything else that I should look into?

Background, I have 4.5 YOE prior at KPMG in asset management.

WLB is great and I feel like I am treated like a person. Love it here. Salary was also a nice jump. Just trying to plan and pivot my life if I can be doing something better.

I’m so bored. My husband of 1 year is the most boring person I have ever been this close to. He doesn’t initiate any activities with me at all and now barely engages in any casual light hearted conversations with me. He works (from home), watches TV a little, then takes a nap at 6pm. It dawned on me that while dating, I initiated more of the fun activities as I’m the more goofy one. He did a bit back then but now he just does nothing despite me bringing it up nicely multiple times. Need advice
