Jane is out of touch and has mandated 3 times a week starting 6/6. It will increase. Leaders at Davos just said that is unlikely to happen but she’s like hitler. Also, she has no experience handling questions from the media. Stay away.
Unless you can get a medical accommodation, RTO for 2x or 3x a week is mandatory for everyone starting 6/6. Frequency depends on the site you’re at as some sites are over-capacity. All employees will also be required to sign a document agreeing that any “hybrid” work schedules can change with no notice to full-time in-office. If you refuse to sign you’ll be put on unpaid leave and eventually terminated. Citi is playing hardball on RTO now.

From my understanding, it’s a company-wide policy to be at least hybrid (2-3 days per week in office). Very unlikely that you’ll be able to negotiate certain days or to work in the office less days.
