Epic Systems was a little like that - everyone constantly submitting anonymous feedback about everyone else. I had a manager tell me once that i should always assume someone was standing over my shoulder, and she wasn’t wrong. It was mind blowing how much management would know about our week to weeks - creepy and led to an overall culture of backstabbing and fear.
