How do search for non-audit roles that are within reach for someone with core audit experience? Everyone seems to go straight to another firm’s M&A as if that’s the only option.

At EY, we have different grades for Managers, i.e. Manager 1, Manager 2 and Manager 3. Is this the same at PwC? Also, for Senior Manager too?

Is there any opening for HR Generalist at mid level in Mumbai, Banglore cities?

Any sense as to whether firms will still be actively looking for 3-5th year corporate/M&A lateral associates at the beginning of 2023? Not ready to lateral from midlaw yet but will be then.

Need to reallocate and complete wfo.

Capita - X+1.5 lpa, no variable ,no JB
Permanant wfh.

My current CTC is very low as I haven't switched in 6 years. So, I asked for 25 LPA as expected CTC..They Rejected.....
So, I started collecting multiple offer letters with an expected salary of 10-20% hike with previous offer letter.
I have collected around 12 offers as of now and now they are willing to give me 30 LPA also.
