Hello. My mid-year review is coming up soon. My boss has been on partial sabbatical the last 3 months, so I have been covering for her. In this first half of the year, the other person on our 3 person team left, so I had to cover that. I have also had to train 2 people that ended up not working out or quitting. This will be my 6th year. I am an AVP at Credit Suisse in Raleigh and am currently making about 72K. Just trying to gauge if I should ask for a raise in this upcoming meeting.

My depression really debilitates me from doing everyday tasks like going to the grocery store, washing dishes, doing laundry, taking a shower, etc. I’m on 4 different types of medications and in therapy 3 times a week and nothing helps. I really wish I could be a normal person.

Is there anything that you've created that you now use on a daily basis?

Any insight on HR salaries in London in finance? Specifically in the Junior Talent Management field but I know that is a bit niche- so talent focused roles salary range would also be helpful. TIA!

My daughter’s softball team was supposed to play in a tourney last weekend but there weren’t enough teams entered so it got cancelled. Another team in another tourney needed an extra player so I said my daughter could pick up with them which guaranteed her to play at least 5 games with them Sat-Sun. The coach of her team scheduled 1 scrimmage game for Sat and I told him she couldn’t make it because she was picking up. The tourney ended early on Sun so I took her to her team’s practice (cont’d)

I had a wedding planned for last May. Covid struck and we delayed until September originally thinking the pandemic would pass. We were wrong. Delayed it again until this upcoming May. We are 6 months out so I don’t want to be an alarmist but things are going very poorly again. What are the chances of things looking normal-ish by then? My SO does the brunt of the planning which I greatly appreciate and she is great at it, but I don’t know how much more of the rescheduling she can take.

1. How does EPAM compare to Amdocs? Regarding the job satisfaction, projects, Permanent WFH, etc.

I am offered a role at Infosys. Associate consultant is the profile. It's a techno functional role. CTC offered is 10.3. I am not from a tech background. I have an MBA from tier 3. Total YOE 4.9 years. Is this a good pay for the experience and background?

Am I eligible for hike if I join on August month. Whether it will be default hike or perform based hike?
