I am in my second last week of my notice period and have an offer of 23 lac(fixed+variable) from one of the big 4 firms.However,I had one round of my interview with Credit Suisse. So how much would Credit Suisse be able to give more on top of the offered salary?(YOE-6 years as BA role in BFS)

When asked about the joining bonus HR said that there is no joining bonus for those who joined post March 2022. But I see some people are getting joining bonus.
