Hi all - so I had an interview with salesforce in the sales strategy and ops group. Had the final round about a couple weeks and haven’t heard anything. Also, the recruiter I had the relationship with left salesforce the Friday before the final round, and the new point of contact has been unresponsive. Any tips on how to move forward?

Currently working as a Relationship Banker. Haven’t had no complaints with how Chase has handled the pandemic from the consumer banking side. Recently I was asked if I was interested in a Financial solutions advisor role at Bank of America. Things have slowly began to pick up at our branch and while I would like to continue my career at Chase. The bump in base salary increases as well as the earning potential. Any advice on how to make a decision? Things to consider besides pay?

I got 2 offers one from HCL and another from LTIMindtree. I want to join HCL but they are yet to release offer letter but has given confirmation over mail.

For LTIMindtree I have received the offer letter and yet to accept the same, but they are soon staring background verification for onboarding as soon as I accept the offer letter.

Business generation is going to be the bane to my existence. I’m a highly regarded mid level at my firm (in terms of work product), but my colleagues (that are, quite frankly, incompetent) seem to be getting further ahead solely due to the business they bring in, which is usually attributed to their wealthy friends/family businesses. Been with Deloitte for about a year as a consultant and currently interviewing for a Business Integrity role at Meta. From what I understand, the business integrity role is an internal consulting role for them. I’d like to not have billable hours anymore and more of a WLB but not sure if there any key differences between the two besides that. There is a pay increase but not really concerned about that.
