We have 60, 80, and 90% plans. That number reflects hours and comp. I know people on both and some (up to partner) who haven’t been 100% for several years. In practice, 90% means 40-50 hour weeks with every other Friday off

I try not to work on Fridays but somehow it’s always the best time to pile last minute requirements and assign critical issues at 6pm

Arrow Icon

I don’t think any consulting companies have that officially, really depends on client and what internal work Lu news to do

Arrow Icon

Deloitte alls an 80% schedule, but you take a proportional pay cut

Arrow Icon

Allows*

Arrow Icon

^never heard of this

Arrow Icon

I know several people in CIO who work on internal projects and do this (MMS pm, requirement mgrs). I’m internal and going to this schedule over summer. I also know of CDO people who do this and I’ve worked with at least 2 SM in CM who have had flex schedules.

Arrow Icon

Flex time offered at Grant Thornton - either in a compressed work schedule or minimized hours.
