AOS /AP/485 processing is going on with EB2 to EB3 downgrade. Haven’t received any receipt yet since filed in late Oct.
Need to go to India to care for parent for several weeks. I know AP gets cancelled, but what happens to rest of the processes if USCIS calls for finger prints or interview and I cannot attend? TIA.

How many days does pwc take to release an offer letter after submitting the document if anyone can help to know.

While negotiating with HR , can we select our choice location like I am from Mumbai but I want to switch to pune in some other organization.
So while giving interviews and dealing with HR can i demand for location?

Interviewing at mccann NYC. Ready to move on from where I’m at but it’s hard to decipher anything about a place while remote. What do i need to know?

My partner is a resident and will be applying to fellowships next year. The best programs for his speciality are not in our state, but there are 2 quality and reputable ones in our state. If we leave our state, I will have to take another bar exam and potentially join him later until I find a job. We would also both be very far from family. Is it selfish of me for wanting to stay in our state?I want him to go to the best program, but uprooting my career and taking a whole new bar exam is a lot.
