AP owners, what’s been your experience with their service department? I’m getting my watch serviced for the first time and my experience has been horrible. They’re wildly unprofessional. And we’re just at the service estimate step. Will see if it improves from here, but I’m not feeling hopeful. Note, my primary contact is based at the Miami boutique. Had a Rolex before and never had any issues with the after sales service but that was in NY, maybe that makes all the difference.
