Apart from Wipro,TCS,CTS,IBM,MindTree what are the good options available for Java developers in Kolkata?

Help! I started a new job and have been in my role just over a month. My boss is extremely hard to get a hold of, and I’ve met with him 1 on 1 for under 45 minutes in this time. He has a ton of responsibility but is slow to respond to Slack and email and is often very late to scheduled meetings. I’m ok to act independently, but I’m worried that I’m under performing w/ having such little direction. How should I handle this? I’ve never been in this situation & feel like this is poor onboarding

I have an offer in hand with below to lead position mentioned but now I realise to ask them the Lead position before my date of joining.
I accepted the offer though but realised now.

I am working in automotive embedded c++ software industry. Working for a leading supplier. YOE5. Wherever I join or interview candidates from competitors, nobody has real development experience. Everyone is doing very limited development jobs. Same in my case, except during the startup phase in the beginning of my career. JDs were all great later but when I join, the code I write is very limited. Is it same across all SDE jobs in India.? I hope it is specific to embedded. Should I be concerned.?

They have offered me 9 LPA fixed and 1.35 lakh retention bonus split across 2 years.
