Apologies if this is a crazy question but is it okay to keep riding my peloton while trying/early on?? My doctor wasn’t super clear / helpful with the question. 🙈

My doc told me that 30 min of most forms of moderate exercise is a must. And say you were into fitness a lot pre-pregnancy, you can continue doing it while listening to your body. Just a don’t start an all new crazy routine after you get pregnant.

My friend is 27 weeks and still rides. She’s by no means an athletic freak. She’s just your average person who never rode before baby bump.

For sure! I did and my doc never said otherwise. Most of my friends did too

Yes. With my first pregnancy I went until my 8th month - low impact. Great exercise

I don’t think that most people they find in the lake went in it willingly. Water makes it too easy to cover up murders. Washes away evidence. But it’s dismissed because most people they found had also been drinking. But people just disappearing miles away from the Lake don’t just fall in it. Yes, suicide happens. But many of these cases show zero signs of anything like that. The constant MO is being out with friends having fun. The friend vanishes. Then is found in the lake weeks later.

Can’t seem to get my life together 😒 I keep trying and end up in the same hole wtf. Background info: female, early 30s, 2 children under 10. Divorced first husband, separated from second ever life partner. I struggle with depression and anxiety. Wellbutrin & Fluoxetine. Have stable job that pays ok. Get CS for one child. Now, I can’t get myself to workout, improve daily habits (water consumption, go to bed early ext.). Rationally I know what to say and do but I can’t get to the doing part.

33 weeks pregnant and I’m starting to annoy even myself. My husband brought up a bedtime snack for me in bed and went to give our daughter bath and put her down for sleep. I’m over here annoyed that he used a small plate inside of large plate and carrots and crackers are falling off the sides. Why. Am. I. Like. This.

We just found out we’re pregnant with twins! Definitely a shock, but we are excited. Anyone here have twins and/or willing to share tips? I’m only 9 weeks so still have a long ways to go. Thankfully my firm has a generous maternity leave policy. Obviously I have not broken the news to my firm yet; however, I’m already experiencing guilt for highly litigated matters that I’m on and know when my leave would start is a few months out from trial - anyone else feel this work guilt?

14 weeks pregnant and got the flu three days ago (positive test confirmed). I feel so guilty and hope I didn’t end the pregnancy by getting sick. It’s been a long road with IVF and I would not take it well if something happened. My next appointment isn’t until December 9. Should I ask to go in early next week to check everything out? I’m on the upswing now and never had a fever, and completely stopped vomiting.
