Applied for a Senior Manager Level role in Pharma, post 2 rounds was asked to fill a “questionnaire” by workday including expected salary/bonus.
What is the proper way to approach this and should I get my hopes up?
I’d like to high ball 140-150 with glass door medians at 110 (also current base), but maybe negotiating after receiving an offer provides more leverage?
I’m comfortable with my new team at current firm, but not sure if I’m willing to leave unless the price is right.
Senior manager frequently aligned to associate director salaries or close — can easily be 170-180 base on the high side. Write in what you need to take the job... if they say no up front, saves you time interviewing

Also, 100% do not write in $150k, that’s on the low end. I just went through the process and you should aim for at least $170k base.

And Glassdoor is always lower (sometimes much lower) than reality. Because Glassdoor numbers include older salary figures as well.
