Hi,
I have given tcs interview on 25th November friday and interview went well , the same day i got mail to upload documents. I have uploaded the documents on Saturday. And status of documents got changed to verified today. And my status from 25th is same 'Evaluation in Progress'.
HR who called me to upload document is not picking my call today.
Any idea when I'll get call from HR. My notice period is still 2 months more left. Will that have impact?Tata Consultancy
So I’m about to start my interview process for Capital One next week for a Senior Financial Analyst position. My recruiter going give me a prep call on Friday but I wanted any advice that recruiters don’t tell you during the interview process. Also I wanted to ask if Capital One a decent place to work at. I will be working at the one in McLean Virginia if that helps.

Does anyone at Rutgers know where I can find a flexible part-time job for students on campus? I only found two campus positions on handshake and haven’t heard back from either yet. I feel like there has to be a lot more out there than what I’ve seen on handshake
Something similar to the digital classroom support specialist or tech help desk would be great. I consider myself tech savvy

I refuse to answer due to the excessive use of letters as words in the original post... are we really that busy? #SoCS (sick of consulting speak)
You refuse to answer, then answer and use acronyms like you complained about.
SC/M is more of an efficient use of character count than a rude abbreviation.
Kthxbye
Deloitte is notorious for that but they pay well though. SC at D makes more than an M at EY
Honestly? Don’t take SC at D. It’ll take 2 years as an SC before they want to promote you to M. Stand your ground now. It’ll pay off.
I am a manager in EY with 2 years of experience. Recruiter says consensus at the end of the interview discussion was S level not M. Do you think it’s negotiable or cuz it’s D I should just say thanks but no thanks
Thanks but no thanks. I’m a current SC at EY and was able to get a SC at D. With 2 years of M experience, you should definitely get a M, otherwise ignore it
I currently got hit with the same exact move. Applied for a SC role, set my salary expectation and the recruiter said that’s perfectly within the range of The SC pay band. All throughout the interview we were talking about the how I fit the SC role...then when the verbal offer comes from the recruiter she says that the team assessed me at the Consultant role and it’s equivalent to my companies’ Senior Consultant role
D is notorious for doing this. They offered my friend from another big 4 a job with no comp increase, when he inquired as to why they didn’t offer a salary increase, the recruiter insisted “well it’s D, and you get to have the brand on your resume”- he was so turned off he didn’t even bother negotiating and politely declined the offer. Anyways, if they don’t budge- I’d decline, not worth to take a demotion considering you’re an M2
