Applied for Pakistani Visa - am a US citizen but was born in India , just want to go see and visit Pakistan, the embassy keeps sending me emails and asking me for information on my relatives in Pakistan- have responded multiple times I have none - and now they sent a nasty email saying provide information or your application will be cancelled - any suggestions on what to do here
I’m an Indian but know that many Indians have Pakistani roots. These assholes will harass you. Mind you that Pakistan does not have much of a law and order and you might be in some trouble if you end up in a tight situation there.
I’d suggest you visit Iran if you want to experience a different culture or visit Nepal or Bhutan if you like mountains.
Slalom and PwC: Both these countries are shit. Can’t even afford to buy sanitary pads or food for most of their population and take pride in religion or caste or history !

Alhamdulilah for your effort
Will defer to the others but I would cut your losses and move on

Pakistanis won’t get visas for India, and vice versa (small exceptions apply). People are more likely to get a Pakistani visa then an Indian visa. At least be happy your getting replies. Indian embassy doesn’t even reply.
Yes I am
If you can go to a Pakistani embassy location in person, it would help a lot. Personal interaction bends all sorts of “rules”

If your getting emails, I would give a explanation of your visit. What things specifically you want to see, an expected itinerary of your travel. Be sure to start with that you don’t have any relatives in Pakistan and then you want to visit Pakistan as a tourist, and be sure to add that Certain areas in Pakistan are becoming tourist attractions (such as Northern Pakistan). Find some travel blogs on the areas your looking to visit and reference that these blogs inspired your decision to travel XYZ. It’s worth a shot. If they start to understand that Pakistan is gaining traction for tourism they will continue to see it in a growth in tourism perspective.

I think they're nicely hinting on "why do you want to come" and "what ties do you have to Pakistan." Also, did you miss the whole Pakistan and India Government not liking each other? Especially since you were born in India. Cut your losses friend.
This happened to my American born Pakistani bestie when we were trying to visit India, outright denied so we ended exploring Pakistan instead. The questions they were asking were so absurd and not hurts tourism.
One of my friends his half Indian and half Pakistani born in the US. India denied his visa application to go visit his wife’s family. He got a Pakistani visa after he responded to their email saying he would denounce his Indian citizenship which he doesn’t even have.
So in short I conclude I just wasted $50

Hey now, think about it like this. You helped Pakistan with revenue. 10k PKR is A LOT and will be divided up unevenly to the random ppl in government.
Too soon?🤷🏾♂️🤔
Fake some relatives.
As a canadian citizen who was born in Pakistan, I can not visit India.
Same goes for you, unless there’s a very strong reason.
Be realistic and cur your losses.
