How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. I am also responsible for sending out updates tracking new hires and upcoming leavers (aka I would be on this list if i decide to leave). If I am looking to leave my company, considering all of these things, how do I do it in the least awkward, most professional way possible? I want to put in at least a two week notice, but will continuing my work after that be weird?

Hello! I just received my PSM I certificate for scrum master and I need help finding a mentor or a coach. I am currently looking for roles and would love any advise or referrals anyone may have in order to further expand my knowledge.

I got a lowball offer from a reputable Fortune 500 for $95k and a 10% sign on bonus for a new role. Benefits are good but I have an opportunity at another company with just as good benefits for $115k plus 5% bonus. What should I do?

I have many options to consider but two options below are what I’m thinking of right now.

Job A: Project Engineer. 135K/yr base. 10% signing bonus.

Currently working in tech, leaving for MBA ideally followed by MBB. Thinking ahead because of pre MBA events and long term partner. Paying sticker for MBA with loans, partner in school for 2-3 years after MBA. Which offices should I consider to build quick NW/pay off debt, build strong network in tech in/outside the firm, provide QOL similar to my unconstrained choices (LA or NYC)?
