Applied to Senior EA role. After 1st interview we discussed title and pay, works for me. The whole process i meet 4 people to discuss me coming on as the next Senior Ea.
Finished final round, recruiter called «  they loved you and want to move fwd however we have a bit of a situation ». Role offered is now only EA vs Senior EA because other Senior EA have 25 years exp and i don’t so « its » not fair to them… um what about skills degree and certifications? ( ctd)

How would you define digital strategy consulting? Which companies have the best practice in this field? What skill sets/experiences are required for a SC role?

If radio silence from recruiter a week after final round interviews, does that mean the candidacy is dead in the water?

I was a Manager at a Big4 doing PM fed work earlier this year. I decided to join a small firm to pursue cloud sales. However, the position is extremely technical in nature and I'm required to speak tech ( kubernetes, openshift, CICD) to potential clients.
While I have learned from the exposure, I dont intend to continue in a tech role & looking to exit. I'm thinking of Customer/ Partner Success Manager roles with one of the CSPs. Are there other non tech cloud exit opps in industry to consider?

What's the best strategy for getting relevant Investment Banking/Capital Markets related internships (specifically in the fall)? I would even do some freelance research for no pay I just need experience in something other than FP&A (which is partly my role in my internship this summer). I would love to start in investment banking/PE but I'm afraid that graduating in three years makes getting relevant intern experience incredibly tough in such a short time frame. Any advice?

A colleague and I started texting more frequently. I started to feel like it was becoming something else and I called it out and told my gf about it, voluntarily and out of respect. Nothing happened; I was just getting uncomfortable and it felt flirty. It has become a massive issue. I’ve apologized. Asked what I can do to help the situation. I feel like I am being treated like I had a year long physical affair and hid it. Completely beat down.
