I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

Interviewing for a Google job. Currently an M2 at Meta. On the cusp of a D1 - what’s the equivalent level for D1 at Google? In Austin - so what salary should I be asking for and RSUs? Currently make base $250k plus 25% bonus and started Meta with 200k in stock. I am on my notice period and almost 1 and a half month left. I am ISTQB Certified and have a good skillset as compared to the current market requirements. But I am not getting many calls for the interview.
Is it because of the notice period ? Coz many companies look for immediate joiners or someone who can join within 15 days.

I was in a very bad shape last year (major anxiety episodes, OCD flares, panic attacks) and now I'm MUCH better. I feel like one thing that helped through it was for the first time in my life opening myself to experience my spiritual side (not talking religion here).

I’m from DC and I was planning to apply to Cornell’s EMBA Americas program since they have a boardroom in the city. Students from DC meet in the boardroom and the classes are held live from the Ithaca campus. The program is offered in partnership with Queens University in Canada. I don’t feel Queens U is renowned globally (or at least not at the same level as Cornell). Does the partnership dilute the Cornell brand in this particular program?
