Applying for a a commercial innovation job at a Big Pharma. What kind of questions should I expect and how should I prepare?

Hi all! My company just laid off 5% of the workforce. I was safe but I am looking for new roles. I’m in final interviews for a company but worried about making moves because of the impending recession.. what are your thoughts? Make the move or stay put?

Any advice for later round PE associate interviews and modeling tests?

Working with a recruiting firm towards an exit - they quoted a comp range for the job at the beginning of the process. In negotiations am I ok to ask for a comp slightly higher than the range quoted by the recruiter? My interviews have all gone extremely well.
Just trying to get a sense of how strict are the recruiter quoted ranges.

Anyone works as recruiter in Oracle or recently interviewed with Oracle, please let me know.

I am from a tier 1 college and yet able to land only a couple of interviews and they keep me on stand by(2 companies so far). They are prefering folks with experience even for APM positions. Does anyone teach in class elementary, middle, or high school and also teaches college level? If so, how did you get the college level job? I have a masters and specialist degree and teach in class. I also want to teach college level online but have a hard time either finding a position available or applying. I’m now in the middle of my doctorate degree though it’ll be another year before I’m done.

I understand the industry is very complex and large but is there really enough work for all of these shops to make a clean profit?
