Hi Nagarrians, it's been 45 days now since I joined Nagarro I was assigned a team at the time of joining but since then I am waiting for interview to take place. Is this normal procedure? Although from day 2 my project manager asked me to fill the timesheet corresponding to one project which is no billable. I am having concerns now as I don't know if this is normal ?

If approach A is pushing rope, you should be seeing it and talking about it and suggesting alternatives with project leadership, not just plowing ahead with “you said A” and waiting for someone to notice.
Advice would depend on your level. There’s a seniority where the criticism is fair, and a level where it would require someone with natural situational awareness to catch it.
Yep agree with you. I’m a junior resource for what it’s worth. Thanks
Was approach A causing issues? If so did you flag it as a risk?
Wasn’t causing issues, but there was a better way to do it. I didn’t flag it early on since we thought it was fine
Happens all the time that „things are done because that‘s the way it has been done (or decided)“. In my experience on every level. My advice: make a short recommendation that approach B generates benefits of xyz (doesn‘t need to be ppt, can be a simple email). State that you are more than happy to help analyse B further or also implement A if they decide differently. That way you just make a suggestion and usually shouldn‘t be blamed later on for their decision.
