Has anyone moved from Accenture Federal to CGI Federal at Manager/Senior Manager level? Looking at Strategy/Organizational Change Management roles, and curious to know if you feel that compensation and benefits were worth it when measured against your actual experience once you started working with CGI. (I understand that some of it depends on the account you're on, the team you have, etc., just trying to decide if it's worth considering.) Thanks!

I got my GC last year through marriage and the total process approximately took me 4-5 months. You can technically file it on your own, but I hired a lawyer because my firm was reimbursing me.
D1, does Deloitte reimburse?
Yes, they will reimburse you up to $4.5k if you are hiring your own attorney. If you go with their partner law firms, it is free anyway.
I got my GC a while back in 2016 and it took 4-5 months as well. I didn't use a lawyer though and I don't think you truly need one unless you think you'll struggle somewhere in the process, or have anything of concern in your history that you may need additional support/guidance in navigating throughout the process. If your travel history and anything related to your marriage is pretty straightforward, you can save some funds and do the legwork between yourself and your spouse. If your job reimburses you though as D1 mentioned earlier, or you can take advantage of a similar benefit elsewhere, might as well take advantage of it to potentially get the best outcome possible.
