I would say yes depending on role/scope. Our team hires MBA interns at L5 / L4 depending on performance
Yes - just nail the interviews. Know of many who come in at L6 with slightly more experience.

Overall very hard to get a job with that level of experience.
How YoE pre MBA? And in which which industry?
I think if some of those are relevant to a role you’re applying to, then you should be fine at L4. Close to L5 and maybe MBA + strong interviews get you over!
