Not if you got promoted in 2020 :/ Still making senior money...

At Deloitte also and working on my out. I truly don’t trust they’ll attempt to make it right

Manager is when I felt the pay caught up to the effort. But just barely.

I was at PwC but jumped to industry during my year as manager

Nope. 2020 promote and they’re setting the stage for little raises this year. So likely still making senior salary as an M2

We've gotten nothing from local leadership so I am only going off Joe's email, but I sincerely hope raises are not mediocre.

Nope. Finding an exit

Congrats!

2nd year manager and no. But as a jd/llm, I don’t think I have better alternatives - only big law would pay me more at this point and think the effort is also more.

I think I am in my current role. When I look at going back to school, nothing can justify it at this point either.

Nope. 2020 promo was disappointing to say the least, but it is what it is. It’s on the firm now to make things right in August. I’m not holding my breath.

No

Sorry to hear. Are you shopping around for a new job?

Hello fellow SAP Consultants!
I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.

I have a third interview with a start up making their second legal hire. It seems like an exciting space but I’d be leaving a huge company and taking on risk if it works out. Any good questions to ask the GC as a second legal hire? I have management style, work assignments, handled but could use help on some other big ones folks typically ask!

Hey guys… I’m a case worker in child safety and I’m someone who loves being outdoors/dies at a desk all day. I’m hoping to organise that at least once a week I can go to a cafe and catch up on all my case notes that need to go into the system.
So far the only reason I’ve been told no is that “if you do then everyone will want to and then no one will be in the office” … how can I convince them that I work better out of the office and get this freedom & mental break for myself?
