Are all the small certs like lean sigma 6 worth it or should I just bite the bullet and get my PhD/mba

Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.

Do we got some good offers or its another certificate just to add to CV after so much of investment & time I don't want to get this wasted !!

I have a initial call with my company’s corporate VC team, it’s quite a large firm but the VC team is very small, what if anything do I need to know about the corporate VC hiring process? Also if I take the job in the long run what are the exit ops out of corporate VC? Or am I just stuck in that world forever? Any indication of comp would be interesting as well! I was at a dinner tonight with a Partner, a Counsel, and a mid-level, and literally we had nothing to talk about but work. Like it’s all we do, every waking hour. I really feel like I have no purpose in life right now, and viewing these people as iterations of my future, it doesn’t seem like this is going to change if I stay in BigLaw. On one hand I feel too cowardly to leave BigLaw right now if a recession is occurring. On the other, life is too short for this living purgatory.

I passed my PMP thanks to this sub group.
I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.
