Check the Deloitte website, if you find a position that you have met all listed requirements send it to me with your resume. I will refer you and send your resume directly to the recruiter for consideration. You will still have to go through the interview process, but you are guaranteed the recruiter will view your resume. If you are a fit, they will contact you directly to initiate your first interview. If you are interested, then respond and I would send you my email.

I never said I rely on referral bonuses to fund my 401K. Although, for the past 5 years it’s worked out. It’s a hit or miss. But, if I can continue to do it without touching my base salary, then heck I would continue. If I miss $18,500 this year, then I would deep into my base salary. I just rather wouldn’t. I’m more than half way there already for this year.

You are welcome. Happy to help the best way possible. I have referred numerous qualified candidates to Deloitte using the same strategy. The most important thing is that you meet all listed requirements for whatever position you send to me.

Did you reply back to my email? I haven’t received anything yet.

LOL! Deloitte 3, you are right. That what I contribute to my 401K every year. $18,000/year comes from referral bonuses. I never touch my base. It’s a win-win situation. The qualified candidates get an offer, 30 calendar 📆 days after their official start date Deloitte pays me. That easy. 😊

I just sent you another email message. Confirm that you have received it. If yes, then I highly doubt the issue is from my end. Still nothing in my spam. I doubt Deloitte will block me from receiving emails from Yahoo.

Advisory Associate 1, send me an email address. I will send you a message. I just connected with Senior Consultant OP earlier today. I look 👀 forward to hearing back from you. In the mean time, search the Deloitte website and find a position that you have met ALL listed requirements.

Hello All.. Just want to get some feedback on the following : I recently obtained Administrator certification, plan to sit for Plat App Builder next week. Am enrolled for CPQ class in September. Mason Frank recently reached out to me for a position. This would be my first Salesforce position if I am successful in the interview process. I have heard mixed reviews for this practice. Would it do undue damage to my Salesforce career to have that as first Salesforce Practice in my resume?

Currently make $65k (total comp excluding bonus around ~$74k) as a GP accounting analyst in NYC. I'm four years out of college (liberal arts major lol...) and prior to this role I did two years at a bank in fund onboarding. I don't have a CPA or anything like that & I've only taken the SIE. Realistically, can I ask for a raise this year? I've been at the same salary level since late 2017 :/

Supply chain consultants: any tips on transitioning from implementation heavy work towards more strategic work? I started at my B4 firm about 2 months ago (1st job out of UG) and am staffed on an implementation project until next year. My role has been predominantly data entry and email fetching and is frankly very dry. Not entirely what I expected going into consulting. I know it’s pretty easy to slip into a career of ERP implementation, so any advice is appreciated.

Deposition question from baby lawyer: I’m a first-year attorney and just took my first deposition. I’m in the insurance defense world, so I did not have a more senior attorney with me (the insurance companies dislike paying for more than one at a deposition). I can’t help thinking about questions I wished I had asked, but I don’t want to bring it up to the senior partner. Is ruminating on missed deposition questions normal for most attorneys, even the experienced ones?

First time interviewing as an experienced hire so TIA. Background info: I currently make ~65k TC in MCOL. Any thoughts on maxing out annual HSA contributions (then investing the balance and refraining from withdrawals)? I’ve been reading about healthcare costs incurred in retirement ($200K+).
