Anyone dealt with early second trimester miscarriage with PGT normal embryos after FET? We transferred two AA normal embryos-- one was a blighted ovum and just lost the other early in second tri. If you have, what did you do differently the next time around for more success? Getting old and just crushed at losing both our normal embryos and 6-9 months.

How do you know when to up the dose on your meds? Currently on 40 mg Vyvanse. I usually get the peak euphoria feeling (super alert) about 1 hour after i take my meds and it lasts for a couple of hours. I work late but have noticed that i spend too much time staring at the screen and keep jumping between tasks. Would upping the dose help me concentrate on one task at a time? When do partners decide when an associate is good enough to make partner? I’m a senior and it is extremely clear to me when an associate has it or doesn’t, and moreover it doesn’t take eight years to figure it out; it takes just one or two matters for me to know if they’re adding value or are ultimately just a commodity. It’s hard for me to avoid the conclusion that associates are largely being strung along by partners who are going to can them at some point, long after that decision is made.

Few Qs: 1) are big firms typically ok with office transfers? (I heard I have a good rep with the seniors and partners). 2) is it easy to just change your address in workday to FL so that income taxes are not deducted?
