I’m starting a new role as a talent acquisition specialist and was wondering about how to create a 90 day plan and ways to utilize the labor market for 90 day plan?

Jump ship or stick it out? I’m a 31 y/o SFA with a Fortune 100 and am learning absolutely nothing. I have 9 years FP&A experience. All we get is busywork and no real opportunity to grow or take a more challenging role since they’re dying for SFAs. Do I stick it out for an eventual Manager role so I can be more marketable to a future employer, or try to pivot out of Finance to a new type of role and company now? Interested in more operations related work.

I have been offered consultant role by EY. HR in verbal communication told me about the salary structure as Fixed + Variable % + Joining Bonus .
The offer letter mentions the Fixed and Joining Bonus but doesn't say anything about the Variable Portion. Is this okay or do I need to talk to HR about this?

FTM here, How did you figure out the feeding position for your newborn. Nothing seems to work for me. He has good latch but any of the positions are not comfortable for me and causing me back pain. Adjusting supporting pillows while changing sides is pain too.
Went to couple of lactation consultants and there every thing works fine since they help out with all the adjustments but at home it’s all me who is doing the adjustments and nothing seems to work.
