So I actually give the same interview to undergrads and MBAs. Not sure why others see but have generally been more impressed by undergrads v the MBA students

I find cases more stressful but infinitely more fun

Yes, purely because the expectations of fuller responses with more exp and ed. You may get similar case but be given more information post ug or be expected to only touch on brush on topics where as post mba they want to see you fully lead the discussion of the case to the end.

I’d say mba is easier, especially from top schools. UG is trying to land their first job. MBA usually is busier and have more opp and can’t devote as much time to case.

The case might be similar but the the expectation on your answer will be different as an MBA graduate. You’d have to provide a more in depth response in my opinion and talk about broader downstream impacts

Do you think an MBA is only really worth the exit options immediately post mba? I just hear everyone obsessed with rankings but tbh in 10 years, outside say Harvard, they will have changed. My Alma mater undergrad was a top 20 school that has fallen for example. I chose it because it was the best in my local area but who cares given i don't live in that geographic local anymore. Other schools that I didn't even consider have risen up.

As an Indian visa worker in US, I feel Indian managers in ZS are very rude to me , one makes me work longer hours than white team members , never lets me present in workshops , and always criticizes. Last week I made a mistake in a internal report and he said that if I did that again he will book my flight to India. I have never faced this challenge with white managers. Is this a ZS thing or across all firms, I wish to leave because this treatment makes me feel like a lesser person
