Being a manager kind of seems like it would suck.
People Analytics Manager at Facebook (Meta) lists a requirement of 8+ years experience in HR Consulting. I’m at 5.5 years experience focused specifically on People Analytics (both internal initiatives and client work).
Should I hold off on applying until I have more experience under my belt? Any hurt in throwing out an application?
Parked at the wrong gate so backing up now.

The salaries are pretty close, especially with S&O mostly doing PMO. The long term tech upside is much higher, it's why so many HC and S&O PPMDs try to sell tech protects.
Gsap is across consulting, including S&O, Technology, and Human Capital
Exploring opportunities at Deloitte and it seems like my experience/group may fold into either one
Interesting. A big draw for me is GSAP and from what I've heard it's not next to impossible to get at Deloitte like at other firms (we don't even have a formal program).
DD1: do you have an idea of typical salary range for a DD Strategy Consultant with 2 years experience?
Depending on performance around $100k
I'm seeing some C's come in to DD at $105k, but we are on fire compared to our other practices.
@DD1: They'd have to have some really in-demand experience, i.e. Salesforce.
Yep D2, like me 😁
Not C though
If you're trying to do GSAP as an expeitenced hire you will need at least 2 year of above average ratings (2/3) and at that point you would already be an SC, which is the level you return into post gsap
What's GSAP?
MBA sponsorship. Grad School Assistance Program
D3 you need two years of 1s or 2s, not 2/3. But you also come back at SC with a much higher salary. Don't speak on things you don't know.
D4, I meant 1/2, typo.
I applied for gsap this year so I'm quite familiar.....
