I am working as a Data Analyst and wanted to know the importance of the AWS certification and is it required in the analytics field?

If yes, then what all certifications should I consider for the AWS as a Data Analyst?

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current organization email. But, I am leaving the company in one week. Is there any way we can transfer that certication (still have time until next Nov) to my personal email I'd ? My company says they ll deactivate the s user id provided to me once I leave the company. I have writter one certification and planning to write next in some time later. I can not claim in my current company the amount I paid for cer006 (52k).

Would MBB buyout my MBA sponsorship from another company? If I go to school as a sponsored candidate and decide to break the contract to go to another firm would the second firm pay out the tuition reimbursement that I now owe to firm 1? Has anyone done this?

Firm will sponsor my MBA, but is it worth going? Two years of lost earnings and no additional gain in promotion trajectory. I know an MBA can be a good two year vacation, but I’m not sure if there’s much more value besides that. 🐠 who did / didn’t take the MBA sponsorship, what was your rationale?

Currently in Chicago making $135 TC w/ 2.5 YOE. I am looking to shift to NYC and am in the last round w/ 2 firms (both T2 like EY-P, OW, LEK). 2 weeks ago I gave salary expectations of ~$160-$170 total comp.

However, today our leadership told me that I would get a $15k retention bonus if I stayed till EOY (they don’t know I am looking to leave). Is this something I can use to negotiate despite mentioning my range recently? Also is it reasonable for someone with 3 YOE to ask ~$180 w/o an MBA?

First year associate here, I feel really unsupported as far as guidance on how to do things so I take a really long time on trying to figure out what the hell I’m doing. The other associates tell me to take my time because I’m still learning and its the partners job to cut the hours but the partner keeps telling me I’m billing too much for things and need to learn to be efficient but the partner never has time for me. My review is coming up soon and I’m scared. How do i bring this up to them?
