We got market adjustments but not because pharma industry doing well or inflation…so the technically they are not lying just confounding the argument. We got an adjustment and we learned we were behind some benchmark competitors (we include MBB, other T2) and adjusted accordingly. Note we don’t match MBB just use them to maintain a somewhat acceptable delta I suppose…Many competitors raised it to keep talent because the market is so hot and increasingly there is competition from tech companies. Your argument with leadership is more about what competitors are doing do you don’t lose people…
Don't you get yearly raises to compensate for that? My normal yearly raise was 10-12% a year for last 5 years, higher in promo years.
