Are marketing agencies really required to have their employees come into the office? We all work using computers and sharing our files in the cloud, the only time we see each other is for meetings, which can absolutely be done through Zoom. How is your job handling this atm?
I don't have to show up to the office anymore unless I want to so I'd say it's certainly possible if your company wants to make it work
Thankfully my job stayed remote so I haven't had to deal with this problem, but I don't see why you'd HAVE to come into the office for anything really. Feels more like someone there is stuck to the old ways
My company has been more than happy for us to stay home. They are even considering getting rid of the office and having a fully remote team. It's a shame that some managers are so set in their ways that they refuse to see the benefits.
