Are marreid people more happy to WFH?

Feeling down and out.

From past few years, i am looking for job change but couldn't not go through the selection process. Usually none interviewer is sharing the reason for rejection. It is disturbing my mental health and peace. I am feeling out and depressed most the time as the current environment in organization is killing the mental health badly.
Anyone could help to find opportunities in HR operations, will be highly appreciated.

Preference is remote or hybrid in Delhi/NCR.

I have got Offer from Publicis Sapient, CTC 14LPA, Permanent Remote work. However I have heard recently they are firing lots of resources , they are engaged in hire and fire policy.

As all companies are about to adopt hybrid model and WFH is going to be the way from now onwards.Getting onsite oppurtunity to the US has decreased or still the same like pre covid??

How would you go about finding a remote AE role with a 100k base?

I have about 7-8 years of sales experience and have consistently out performed my OTE. I absolutely love my current role but I feel like I have out grown the company as there isn't a ton of opportunity to make more than I am currently making.

I opened up my LinkedIn to recruiters but all the offers are 60-70k base and 120-140k OTE. I am shooting for MINIMUM 80k base but ideally 100k or more.

What would you do?

Is anyone else experiences a huge number of employees with mental health issues? I have 50 employees and in one location 3 are on intermittent leave due to metal health and suicidal thoughts (not work related) We as managers have been very open and supportive to these individuals but as management we are not “equip” to deal with the confessions and the issues because of sensitivity. HR doesn’t seem to have any guidance other than EAP program, any thoughts or strategies.

Whats the recommended line length for bullets on the resume portion? Is 4 lines too much? Even 3 lines a bit much? ...By the time I get to stating any numerical outcomes or “why” the accomplishment is special I usually spill over to the 3rd or 4th line. I’m still able to fit resume to 1 page but worried if lots of 3-4 liners are discouraged.
