I am currently in receipt of an offer from a company which will (eventually) require me to relocate from Mumbai to Bengaluru, although currently it is in WFH mode. How is the pandemic situation in Bengaluru? More importantly, are offices opening up or are most companies working in WFH mode? Any timelines given by companies on the opening up?

Offered $115K with a $5K sign on bonus for a senior position in risk at a similar consulting firm. I had noted in the beginning I had previously received a $120K offer from a bank that I had declined because it was a hybrid role. After 4+ working in tech sales, I moved to Accenture in mid-May to join a new sales development program. I got an offer from another organization of almost double of my current ctc, my current organization offering me a Manager post in Abroad and asking me to withdraw my resign, it will take 4-6 month in visa processing, I am left with 30 days out of 90 days of my notice period.
