I instantly judge someone when I see their LinkedIn is John Smith, MBA

Not sure they are that highly respected in the us. This coming from an mba

Unless you went to a top MBA program, no one cares

This is so subjective. Some say M7 or nothing. Others T10 others T15, T 20 etc...

I don’t know exactly know what the MBAs are supposed to do. I deal with several MBAs and with the exception to one of them, they are useless and nothing that I ask from them is their job. BUT, this one MBA that does help me is super sharp and a true team player. I honestly feel she should be part of the MBA leadership.

Now to answer your question, I believe the MBAs will be respected depending upon the level of support they provide to the client serving teams. If they are not team players, they will not get any respect. If they are team players, they will get all the respect they deserve.

MBA only from top programs counts...otherwise, please do not get it

MBAs are for networking (go best one you can get into) or career change (doesn’t really matter). I wouldn’t say they are “well respected”, especially when they are sometimes viewed as a necessity (MBB, etc).

Tbh, the only people I’ve heard speak about MBAs with high praise are those 60+.

T10/M7 mba is impressive. Beyond that they’re a dime a dozen

It’s funny that you think mba’s are well respected

You don’t think so?

Lol no

MBA grads from a Top 14 I respect - everyone else is meh.

Hello! I have been a Pharmacy Technician for about 9 years now and I need to move on. My salary is in the mid 50s which is considered high for this role, so there is little opportunity to advance with this title. I've been applying relentlessly to other positions within and outside of my company. I have a BS in Biology and MS in Health Systems Management, but have struggled to land something else that I'd like to do in healthcare/pharmacy that pays better. Any suggestions??

So I had all my rounds at Walmart, submitted documents, salary negotiation completed with HR and post that she says that she needs some approval from the business and then will release offer letter.
