Ours says something like “We’re monitoring Covid and may have safety protocols in place for attendance. For the safety of our guests, we may ask for vaccination card or a negative PCR test before entering the venue. We expect to have updated guidance in January. ”
Ours was a 2021 wedding, so a bit different.. but in case it helps:
We wrote a blurb up about what we were expecting from our guests in terms of Covid protocol, but also linked to the States website which showed the rules that our venue, caterer, band, etc would need to follow, to help provide the context.
What is likely to be more relevant to you as states ease restrictions and May not have these resource pages, was that we noted we would continue to monitor the situation and see how things evolve and post any updates to the website, so to check back in. We then included an “updated on month/day” in the header so people knew how new or outdated our info was
I’m including a response in the FAQ section that indicates likely plans - it says we’re hoping not to have COVID precautions but may require vaccination

April 2022 wedding
Yes definitely. We wanted to keep it short and sweet to start but expect to add expanded language like vendor rules closer to the date.

We are requiring vaccinations and included that in the banner.
