Hello Fishes,
I had given interview Mindtree and cleared both technical rounds. On Tuesday 29 March 2022, I got a call from HR for the final discussion. After that I have not received any response.
I have been calling the HR and her manager, both are not responding to mail or calls.
Is there a way to get some information if my candidature is still in progress or is this delay natural? I have another offer from another company, but am more interested in joining Mindtree.
Need help from Amazon 🐠 Anyone interviewed for Amazon L5 BIE in GSF supply chain team? The JD said basic qualifications include data modeling, ETL, data warehousing and optimization. Any idea or experience how they will test these topics? Asking about related experience? Or show some data and ask how you will deal with that? Or like a case study, given a senario and ask how you think in order to tackle problem? Need advice/idea/experience urgently. Thanks in advance.Amazon @BIE

I applied after 2.5 years at the firm (3.5 at matriculation). I think that’s the perfect time. By the time you start you should already have post-MBA level pay (associate) and some partners and principals you’ve worked with, but if you wait too long the opportunity cost is too high!
Are you applying again in the future or simply decided not to do an MBA? It’s pretty hard to justify it financially at the associate level...
Thanks OW1! That assumes you’re promoted every year lol but yes. I still feel a bit scattered though with regards to partners / projects. I haven’t aligned to any particular industry so feel like every project is just a one-off with each partner/manager. I am a september start and would like to apply next Fall, putting me exactly at the 2 year mark and it still feels like I just got here.
If you’re lucky enough to get yourself into a good position, get promoted, and have good mentors, then it’s definitely possible, but I think most people need more time:
OP I felt the same way- I wanted to apply right around the 2yr mark but decided to wait a year. I’m really glad I did- I had a much stronger application, better experiences, closer mentoring relationships, and more maturity going into the process.
