However while concluding second round the interviewer told I will be having client round too. Can somebody assist whats the process , will there be client round after negotiation ?? I have received 5lakh retention bonus in Wipro in month of Feb 2022. This will be added to my salary component in Feb 2023.

Ladies, I commend all of you who are pregnant and lawyering on the daily! I am 10 weeks pregnant and haven’t been working much since I left my firm in March. I tell my husband every day “IDK how anyone is pregnant and practicing law at the same time.” After a morning in court last month I was totally out of commission for the day. If you are still working as a lawyer full time and growing a human it is something to be proud of!

Does anyone have any experience with MNTN’s CTV solution? It seems like it’s got a lot of what’s needed in the CTV space, but I worry about if it can scale all that well, as well as the next 12-18 months of viability as privacy lockdown takes hold. Their system appears like it could be on pretty shaky ground without ad identifiers that are disappearing.

Appreciate any thoughts if you have conceptual analysis of their value or direct experience in working with them.

How can I be happier at work? I found myself keep comparing me to other colleges and feel I’m not as recognized or taking credits that I suppose to take, and this makes me unhappy and exhausted. FYI I’m competitive in skills and knowledge but not as good in politics and often feel tired to think about it.
