I've been at Apple for 6 months and I'm feeling crushed by imposter syndrome. No one has fired me yet but I feel like everyone is still holding my hand. But maybe that's just how the teams work here. I don't really know how to know if it's just me.

Actually it is a table where they are asking to fill our last rating, career plan, onsite opportunity, RM connection, salary concerns, etc.

Do you have any idea why it is collected?

Got 19lpa from wipro Cognizant as Guidewire developer and offers from pwc, value momentum, Accenture ,Zensar,are in pipeline..and am expecting little more(may be 21) Capgemini offered a similar package as of wipro and work here is cool..Currently serving Notice period and two more months left .. 5 years experience in Capgemini..started as fresher..
