Hi Fishes, I am a Sustainability Consultant (SC) with around 3.5 YOE. I started as an Analyst, was promoted to Senior Analyst and then moved to Sustainability Consulting practice as SC. I have worked with sustainability reporting, strategy, climate change, renewable energy procurement, and energy management.

I am recently received an invite for a meeting with a partner and a HR person which means I am either going to be laidoff or put on a reduced schedule (60% time for 60% pay). I would rather being laidoff since I don’t want to still work 100% with 60% pay. How would I frame it if they put me on the reduced schedule? The actions he's taking are such a breathe of fresh air. If he keeps this up, he'll see a big swing in #s. I bet big on him in 2016, but sat sidelines this year because I felt biased and doubted myself. If this vigorous attitude sustains for a week, I'm gonna place a bet while the odds are good.
