Hi all,
I have two campus EY Deloitte on the table from Deloitte Tax (BTS), and EY Tax (DSG). Both are located in the SF Bay Area. Deloitte is paying 2k higher base and a 2k higher bonus.
I have to make my decision by the end of next week, so I’d appreciate some input and opinions on which offer I should take.

Cross offer win rate between mbb in the us?
Hello,
Last Wednesday I was able to get a Deloitte job referral, I applied the next day. Yesterday I signed in to my account and it shows that I applied for the job but when I click on the link it show me an error page. I searched for the job on the website itself and it disappeared. There were like multiple positions but different locations, now they’re all expired. What does this mean? Did they choose a candidate already? It’s weird it never happened to me before
Thank you in advance 🙏🏻

My hypothesis based on the people I prepped with that did and did not get offers, NA offices are most competitive, followed by London, then rest of Europe.
Likely driven by the compensation gap between mbb/consulting and non consulting careers.
Very big difference in comp in a lot of EU countries compared to NA, therefore less folks probably want to go into consulting.
Just my read of the situation
I interviewed for a role w BCG London out of B School (Kellogg). Cases were similar to those for US offices from other firms.
Were cases easier than in case books? I feel like they’re going to be shorter in the actual interview but what are your thoughts?
London is extremely competitive, especially compared to certain offices in the US; rest of Europe is easy peasy
