yes. but as you subsequently alluded to, this is a function of the liberal politics of my New York biglaw firm. people believe what scientists and economists recommend is worth heeding. people are prone to believe in collective risks and collective responsibility.

In Texas, absolutely not. People are going to the parks in groups and just doing exactly what they’d normally do. It’s unclear if it stems from defiance or stupidity.
