Thank you all for replies! Deloitte 2, believe federal is just in Washington DC and few other location specific places, not something that can be easily switched for.

I don’t travel for assurance work

I think if you focus on a particular area where most of the clients are you should have minimal or potentially no travel. For example if you are in the DC Metro area Federal Advisory would probably be the area since it’s the Nations Capital.

Looking for a nice looking, sturdy, comfortable to carry travel duffel with a cross body strap. I always travel with my Louis Vuitton Keepall 55 bandoulière as a carry on, with mainly my shoes and handbags in it - but i took her in to LV for a repair and due to supply issues she will sadly not be back in time for my trip to Italy in September. (The repair may take 10 months, WTF!) I would appreciate any recommendations, and would love for it to be similar in size to the Keepall 55.

I also considered Gucci but think it’s too everywhere. Also thinking Hermes but may need to justify myself for the price hike. I’m 30F and want to get something that is versatile (dress up / casual) and long lasting in terms of style. Appreciate any recs!

Currently looking into prep paths for it, am interested to hear perspective from someone who took both on how you prepped for it compared to CPA. After the hell of passing all 4 CPA exams what I've read so far about the GMAT honestly makes it sound fairly straightforward in comparison, but I don't want to let my CPA ptsd influence me into underestimating it if it's way more demanding than it looks on the surface.

Partners or whomever can help me understand about billing and hours. To keep things simple, let’s say you only have one staff to work 1,700 billable hours a year on a $60k salary and you have only one job that and the rate charged to the client is $300/hour and an projected hours budget of 1,700 hours. So ideally you would have revenue of $510k. If the staff takes less time partners make less money and if they take more time partners make more money while the staff keeps the same salary?

Cancel tomorrow and Friday interviews or no cancel and potentially get an offer and decline?
