Are there any “best practices” as it relates to giving notice? Working as an audit staff in big 4 shared service centre. It's been 2 years. I really don't like what I do there, also it seems I won't like what I'll be doing there even after becoming senior. Thinking of leaving and joining industry once ACCA qualified. (One more paper left). But people around me discourage that growth potential and earnings in industry are way less compared to public accounting. I know that too but I still want to leave. I'd like to stick to core accounting. Thoughts pls

Are there any workout classes that help you bulk up? Or is the only way to gain a lot of muscle is to lift heavy weights/consume a lot of calories/protein. I enjoy workout classes but feel like I always lose weight taking them and I have a hard time focusing at the gym on my own. Not sure if hiring a trainer is the best option in this case
