Hey Fishes,
I am working in TCS since July 2021 joined as a fresher, I am part of a DevOps project, which helped me in learning a lot of new things.
Have performed testing a number of times, and some other development task on these techs:Python,SQL, AWS and provided technical support on ServiceNow. My lead and team are quite helpful. Is it a good time to switch?Or do some certificates and stuff and then leave, because the pay is not enough here.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi all! I posted here a couple months ago right after getting laid off. It’s been almost 3 months of applying, and no luck. I am starting to get worn out, and I feel the imposter syndrome creeping in. I feel like I need to revamp my resume again. Anyone interested in looking at it? I am looking for operations, project management, or program management roles.

Hi Project Managers. I'm starting to build a SaaS product and as a non-technical founder, I'm having issues with how to get started so I wanted to see if you have any advice when it comes to managing the project and how to get started. I'm going to be recruiting a couple of programmers and a technical founder really soon so if you guys have advice with that as well I would really appreciate it.

Hello All. I have been operating as a PM for 6 years. I never carried the title because the jobs I worked for gave me other titles: I.e implementation supervisor, Deputy officer, Health Educator. I am enrolled in google's project management Certification course. I will be finishing soon. I have worked on project from waterfall to agile lean six. With that being said, what is a realistic salary expectation I should request?

Hi ladies! Anyone here who has a hobby during your legal career and want to make a business out of it?

I picked up drawing as therapy two years ago when I had depressive feelings working at a biglaw. I started with portraits but now fell in love with abstract art (esp big canvas) & I also built my own canvas frames. Now I want to start a business making affordable custom art for interior space! See pic below for my piece to “hide” TV. Anyone is in a similar boat and cares to share your story? 🥰

Does anyone buy second hand clothes for their kids? Half of the clothes I get for my kids (toddlers now) are second hand. My parents found out and they are shocked that “someone that makes six figures would buy second hand clothes.” They bring up the fact that they were lower income and would always buy me new clothes. Of course I could never pick my own clothes since they’d get me the cheapest “new clothes” from the clearance bins when I wouldn’t have cared if I wore second hand clothes. Part2

Ladies who are in biglaw - need your advice! My fiance keeps dismissing my thoughts of leaving biglaw and going inhouse. Just need to vent. I Learned the hard way that your coworkers and partners are not your friends. They’re only friendly when it serves them. I was so close with some of the partners at my firm, they’d come to events with my non work friends, were supportive of major life changes and would keep in touch daily. Ever since giving notice, they’ve been giving me the cold shoulder and it hurts. I can’t wait to get out of here. My only regret is staying here as long as I did and wasting time.
