This is a serious question for those who believe that life begins at conception and are against aborting life. What do you think is the right thing to do with frozen embryos? I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

I'm worried that if I speak up, she'll make my life even harder. I don't want to lose my job because of this—do you guys have any advice?

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

I’ve been dealing with severe anxiety and depression for the past year, which has started to have very noticeable physical impacts. My PCP recommended therapy & SSRI medication, but I’m very weary of the medication route. I’d prefer to begin working with a therapist who could perhaps also provide an opinion/guidance on the medication option.

Hey I’m potentially moving to Denver in October wanted to get some recommendations on neighborhoods and price any help would be much appreciated.

I’m having a hard time understanding the salary /TC ranges for mid- to senior-level strategy positions in the Denver area (10-15 YOE). They seem to vary a lot, and are broadly low vs. other markets (mid $100k-low $200k vs TC closer to $300-$400k+ on the coasts). Any observations? Which companies would you look at for more substantial comp outside consulting?
