Was talking to a recruiter today and when she asked about my desired compensation I told her a minimum of $80k since it is already below the average for a Financial Analyst in nyc. Recruiter then asks me why do I think I deserve that amount. Anyone buying in Manhattan/Brooklyn and understand the broker game? I have a good real estate agent with a company from Ravies, but it seems other brokers give her the run around.
