I’ve worked at Allstate for 4 years as a fast track inside property claims adjuster. When I was brought on, I made $48,000. Now, I make $62,800. Recently, I was offered a role as a coordinated adjuster for $65,800. I heard that the new hires were being paid a much more competitive salary. Would you say this amount is on par with what I should accept?

What will be the onsite salary for an Assoc in UK, ICT visa. Offshore pkg is 24LPA..?

Hcl is offering me 19lpa. Yoe - 5 years.
Please help me with insights of yearly hike, hike cycle, bonus payout etc.

$50k real is significant. Let’s be conservative and say that a 70 year old couple spends $100k per year. That’s SS meeting half of your required expenses.

Current law with current demographics shows that SS can fulfill 79% of benefits into perpetuity.

Assuming SS will disappear means working decades longer than needed

Hi! I'm currently interviewing (3/6 interviews so far) for for an appeals manager role for DME. The job entails not only to bill for dme (cms 1500) but also to follow up on any denials or appeals, amongst other administrative duties. My questions are is it typical to have 1 person doing both the billing and denials within a new vertical for all ins.? How difficult is billing for dme as I only have experience in gyn onc and lactation billing? What's a fair salary? I have 8+ yoe in rcm, no certs.

Hello All, I’m new to this platform. Just wanted to have an idea. I was interviewed for contracting position at cognizant and cleared all the rounds but I dint hear back anything from them. I currently work from home, but it’s not a permanent wfh position. I just had my second baby, my parents live in the guest house and they babysit the girls for me while I work. My salary covers all expenses and I am able to pay my parents 1500$/month to babysit daily.
