Are there any firm hiring ppl on h1b

Can anyone help me? I graduated in 2020 and I’m trying to move away from customer service jobs and get into an analyst position. For example, business, operations, customer experience analyst, etc. I’m having a difficult time trying to secure something after I was laid off in March. Any tips or job postings that someone could help me with?

Is thank you letters/emails after an interview still a thing? I’m noticing that you don’t get contact information for the hiring managers anymore and wanted to know thoughts on this. Do you all think it makes a difference?

Hi all, my wife and I have our AOS pending (current) but have our EAD Parole card issued to us. Our stamped visa has now expired as well. I heard folks entering on EAD have to go through a secondary inspection process. Can someone elaborate what this is and the documentation I need to carry?

Which companies allow Day 1 CPT?

I accepted an offer from another consulting firm and my H1B visa has also been transferred. I have not joined the new role yet. However I had been interviewing with another firm and expecting an offer I know this is not the best practice but is it allowed to accept another offer even though H1 transfer has been approved through another employer? If I accept the second offer does this raise any red flags with USCIS as they potentially see 2 almost consecutive visa transfer requests?

My H1B was approved last year for consular processing, but did not activate it. Since I thought the ban was restricting new H1B. A friend recently said that was not the case. Is that right? Am I able to activate it now?
