Has anyone moved from Accenture Federal to CGI Federal at Manager/Senior Manager level? Looking at Strategy/Organizational Change Management roles, and curious to know if you feel that compensation and benefits were worth it when measured against your actual experience once you started working with CGI. (I understand that some of it depends on the account you're on, the team you have, etc., just trying to decide if it's worth considering.) Thanks!

Utilization is only used as a metric to withhold a bonus, not to give more (outside of the rare firms that pay bonus directly in relation to utilization...LEK?)
I would think every firm considers hours/utilization as a factor for what bonus is given
Slalom gives more bonus the more utilized you are, even for above 100%! Though I'm sure we have very very few people over 100% utilization
We have a bonus paid out at an hourly rate for all hours over our monthly target. Then there’s a separate discretionary bonus paid out at the end of year.
My bonus this year was 150% of my target because of utilization.
